Zendingen binnen Nederland worden afgehandeld door PostNL. Internationale zendingen worden afgehandeld door PostNL. Houd er rekening mee dat tijdens verkoopperiodes de levering langer kan duren dan normaal en dat zendingen alleen op Europese werkdagen worden verwerkt.
Bovendien sturen we u een e-mail op het moment dat uw zending is overgedragen aan de verzendprovider. Ze zullen u een trackingnummer geven, zodat u uw zending gedurende de hele reis kunt volgen.
Informatie over douane
Bij zendingen buiten Europa kan het voorkomen dat een pakket ter controle bij de douane wordt bewaard. Helaas kan de inspectie tot 30 dagen duren om het pakket naar het afleveradres te sturen. Laat het ons weten als u uw pakket na de inklaringstijd nog niet heeft ontvangen. Na die 30 dagen starten wij een onderzoek naar uw zending.
Levertijden
Bezorgtijden zoals hieronder weergegeven, tellen vanaf de dag dat uw pakket is verzonden. De verwachte leverdatum wordt vermeld op de track&trace pagina, in de e-mail met de verzendbevestiging.
